Defining just one highlight of my year is so difficult… there have been so many! I think the biggest ‘game changer’ day for me was at the last meet-up, with over 20 talented people, laughing at a silly icebreaker, and thinking, wow, we have built a real team here.

I'll start by saying... what a marvellous year!
I started the business right at the beginning of the pandemic and now have over 30 wonderful team members who have made my dreams of having my own agency come true.

What was your team highlight of the year?
Coming to London to meet the team in person, we had a fun day of workshops and team building activities.
This year I'm making an attempt at finishing my unfinished books. I'll finally find out how 1984 ends.

Cinema 4D, Photoshop, After Effects, Webflow and Vev. After Effects the most as it's enabled me to create content for non-desktop experiences, for example Instagram asets.
